Tony was very helpful and friendly in helping us find our new home. He showed up on time each visit we had, spent the extra time to show us more locations, and did so with while never making us feel like we were infringing on his time. He seemed very happy to go out of his way to help us, even when we asked him questions about the interested properties which did not have the information readily accessible. He drove an hour each way just to take measurements for us when we needed to order our appliances ahead of time. Then to top it off, on the final day of our escrow was closing we encountered a problem with the construction company not filing all the appropriate documents showing all the various contractors that took place in building the home. Consequently, the title company would not release our home to us yet, even though we were ready and waiting outside its front door to receive the keys. Just when it seemed like we were going to have wait another day for the construction company to get contacted and take care of their paperwork, Tony called the OWNER of the company, and within 30min, we had our keys and everything was set.
